Moving In
Call one week prior to the
day you would like to move-in.
Sign your lease agreement;
pick up your keys.
If you have not yet
connected your utilities, please refer to the phone numbers listed
above.
Moving Out
Pay your last month's
rent. Payment must be turned in no later than the
1st day of that month.
Be sure to disconnect
your service with the utility companies. Otherwise,
they will continue to bill you. Please refer to
the phone numbers above.
Turn in keys.
Please notify us of the day all the tenants occupying the
apartment plan on moving out. We will arrange a
time for you all to turn in keys, remote
controls, and fill in move-out forms.
Move-out report.
When the apartment is vacated, management will
review the condition of the apartment and
conduct a move-out report.
Leave us the address of
your next immediate residence so that we can
mail your refunded deposit to you.
