We here at Menlo will begin our selection process for new applicants on January 30th, 2012. This start will give our current tenants an opportunity to accept or decline my offer to renew their tenancy.  I am most excited that our rental prices will remain the same for the Fall and Spring semesters of 2012-2013. I encourage you to come visit Menlo, so that I can say “Welcome home”!

All necessary forms are downloadable from this site: Application and Lease Guarantor Form (don’t have your application stalled because your parent or guardian did not notarized the form)

Menlo rent now includes Gas ,water, trash, internet access, cable television with one premium channel: Showtime 

The cost remains:
$2500 - 2 bedroom 2 bathroom
$2775 3 bedroom 3 bathroom

As you know tis the season and it is so important that this info get on there with the corrected apps

Hello to everyone! All new tenants will need to download and submit a signed rental application. Everyone will need to download a Lease Guarantor Form for their parent or guardian to sign and have notarized. This form will not be considered valid without a Notary Public's seal. These forms and your security deposit ($2500 or $2775) must be in my office before March 10, 2011. Please understand I will not accept paperwork or security deposits after this deadline. There are some wonderful new things included in your rent this year. You will no longer have a separate bill for gas. You will be provided cable television with one premium channel and high speed internet access through Time Warner Cable. You will continue to enjoy two (2) parking spaces if you are in a two (2) bedroom apartment and three (3) parking spaces if you are in a three bedroom apartment. I and Jose Rodriguez, Menlo maintenance repairman and all round good guy will try to make your stay here at Menlo a very pleasant and memorable experience. I look forward to getting to know all of my new neighbors and renewing old acquaintances.

I will not accept security deposits after the deadline. You will lose your place. Don’t bother to ask!
